Defining the Optimal Dose of Rapamycin

Results from this study will be used to guide the dosage and schedule of rapamycin in an adjuvant setting for slowing the development of metastatic disease in dogs with osteosarcoma. Data will be used by the Comparative Oncology Trials Consortium, a network of 22 veterinary teaching hospitals across the country, and help inform larger clinical trials using rapamycin in dogs with osteosarcoma.
