
Ike Nicoll
Ike Nicoll is Chief Executive Officer at Morris Animal Foundation, bringing over 30 years of experience leading innovation at the intersection of healthcare, technology and business strategy. A seasoned executive known for scaling mission-driven organizations and delivering transformative outcomes, Ike has spent his career helping complex systems work better for the people they serve.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Ike served as CEO and Board Member of US Retina, the nation’s largest independent group purchasing and technology services company for retina practices. There, he led a sweeping organizational turnaround, increasing purchasing volume to $1.5 billion and launching a data analytics platform that attracted key partnerships and improved clinical performance. The company’s sale to McKesson delivered 32 times EBITDA and 25 times invested capital.
Ike’s previous leadership includes founding The Morrison Group, where he advised research institutions, venture-backed startups and specialty healthcare systems on growth strategy and innovation. He co-founded and led Cancer Clinics of Excellence, building a national network of community oncology practices focused on cost-effective, evidence-based care, establishing partnerships with McKesson, Life Technologies, and Oregon Health & Science University.
Earlier in his career, he held executive roles at IBM Global Services, AmerisourceBergen, and Franklin Covey, where he developed strategic services that drove billions in contracts and positioned clients for long-term success. Ike holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University.
