TinkerBelle

Forever in our hearts

TinkerBelle came to us on August 31, 2006 after showing up in a neighbor's yard. We took her in and quickly fell in love with her. Within a short time, we discovered that she was telling us when my sugar was too high or two low. She went with us everywhere and everyone loved her. She was loved and petted, praised and pampered, kissed and hugged - she led an amazing life. She will be missed yet we are so thankful that God has her in HIs Hand and that she is not suffering anymore. She passed away on January 07, 2024, 22 days before her 18th birthday.

She loved to go bye-bye, be petted and admired, and believed she was human - she refused to drink out of dog bowls and always preferred human food instead of d.o.g. food. She was sensitive to people's emotions. She knew when someone needed her.

She was magnificent. She is so deeply missed. She was God's 'I love you' to us every single day.

The journey through grief is different for everyone, but we know support, community and sharing stories help make the experience one of remembrance, renewal and even celebration of the life lost. We hope you find comfort in the memorial you’ve set up for your companion and encourage you to share with family and friends so they can show their love and support.
