Forever in our hearts
Maestro was a very gallant dog. He had the temperament that most everyone wants in a german shorthaired pointer. He was the consummate gentleman, never jumped on people or stole things from the counter. Very patient with his younger house companions. A great trainer of the younger dogs. His final year was vexed with pneumonia twice, megaesophagus and finally hemangiosarcoma. We just helped him cross the rainbow bridge one month ago and we miss our noble gentleman very much.
