Charlie

Charlie was a treasured goofball of a chocolate lab. We rescued him when he was 8 years old. The rescue called him "mellow fellow". I am convinced they gave us the wrong dog ;) Charlie had a zest for life. Everything was funny and a reason for excitement. He loved his human kids and gently helped in the raising several litters of foster kittens. He was diagnosed with stomach cancer when he was 13. Our house is a less joyful place without his humor.
