Billy Boy
Billy, you were the most fascinating, adaptable and loving little man. I love you and miss you so much. I know you are healthy now. We had a full life with so many adventures. I will miss carrying you for walks when you got tired. I miss taking you for car rides. I really enjoyed giving you a small cup of Dairy Queen ice cream on your last day with me. I was surprised you ate it all, with that cancerous tumor growing out of your mouth. I think about you often and our 13 years together. I am so blessed that I adopted you from that shelter when you were 3. You made my life better.
Remembering and honoring you every day, in many different ways
Billy had to be with me. He would follow me into Puget Sound. The water was too cold, so I got a raft for him and pulled him around with me. His little friend, a 5 pound chihuahua also rode with him. It was always fun taking them with me.
