We’re Wagging Our Tails Over the PetSafe Gala
It was all smiles and tail wagging at the second annual PetSafe Black Ties & Tails Gala to benefit Morris Animal Foundation. The dog-friendly gala took place on Saturday, August 10, in Knoxville, Tenn., and more than 160 people accompanied by more than 30 dogs were in attendance.
Thanks to the hard work and completely volunteer efforts of our friends and partners at PetSafe, the gala was a record-setting event, raising more than $38,000 to support Morris Animal Foundation’s research to prevent, treat and cure canine cancer.
During his speech at the event, Randy Boyd, founder and CEO of Radio Systems Corporation, PetSafe’s parent company, said: “We’re proud to partner with Morris Animal Foundation because they’re out there trying to do something about canine cancer. They’re focusing on it and doing effective work.”
We couldn’t be more grateful to have dog lovers who are committed to improving canine health as our partners in the fight against cancer.
