This is a list of the questions we most commonly receive regarding the program.

Is there a minimum donation?
To cover the costs involved with processing and mailing memorial cards, we require a $10 minimum gift for each card sent.

Do I have to make my donation online?
No, you may mail a check with the memorials, or you can fax them in with a credit card number. You can also choose the Bill Me option and we will send you a monthly account statement. You may use our form or make your own as long as all the required information is supplied and the memorial information is typed (to ensure accuracy, no handwriting, please).

How do I set up an account?
If you've never donated with us before, we'll set an account up once we receive your first donation. This is particularly easy if you choose to donate online. If you wish to mail or fax your typed donation, you can download our Veterinary Memorial donation form.

Can I handwrite my donation?
No. Because handwritten donations allow too much room for error, we ask that donations be typed. This allows us to send your memorial cards out quickly and accurately.

Can I make more than one memorial at a time?
Yes. If you make your donation online, you can input up to 30 recipients on one gift. If you mail or fax your donation, you may send in as many filled-in forms at one time as you like.

Does the recipient know how much I donated?
No, the only information the recipient receives is who the gift is from.

No, the only information the recipient receives is who the gift is from.

- All: Gift will go toward general studies and be allocated to the area of most need.
- Dogs: Gift will go toward a canine study

- Llamas/Alpacas: Gift will go toward a llama/alpaca study

Can I choose more than one fund for my gift to support?
No, at least not in one donation. If your clinic wants gifts made in memory of dogs to support canine studies and gifts made in memory of cats to support feline studies, then you will need to fill out separate donation forms (one with the dogs fund checked, one with the cats fund checked).
